The Iceform Prosthetic Liner is the first liner offered by Ossur made with gel vs. silicone. This means Ossur now offers a prosthetic liner that can begin to take the shape of your residual limb when exposed to your body heat over time. Ossur's Iceform Prosthetic Liner is indicated for low to moderate activity prosthetic users.
The Iceform Locking Prosthetic Liner is designed for use with either pin or lanyard locking systems. This locking liner does not include either a pin or lanyard strap.
Ossur recommends that the Iceform Cushion Liner be used in conjunction with the . Using this combination should create a suction (vs. vacuum) fit.
Ossur has been in the business of making liners for over 30 years and they certainly know how to manufacture a quality and durable prosthetic liner. Ossur was the first company to patent the first silicone liner Iceross in 1986. You can retrofit most Alps and OWW prosthetic liners with an Iceform Liner.

Fabric Cover
The ultra-strong and stretchable nylon outer cover from provides extreme wear and tear, strength, and durability. The nylon outer cover is built for exceptional durability, the cover also increases radial stretch and comfortable elasticity.
Locking
The locking feature offers users firm, secure and comfortable suspension. Can be used with either locking pin or lanyard systems.
Cushion
A soft, extra thick distal pad improves user comfort, protects sensitive distal ends, and conforms to irregular distal shapes
Thermoplastic Elastomer (TPE) material
Wash and dry your residual limb. To put the Ossur Iceform Prosthetic Liner on, roll this prosthetic product up from the bottom versus pulling it on. For removal, roll the prosthetic liner from the top down.
Ossur recommends that this prosthetic liner be hand washed with mild soap and water (or washed in a gentle machine cycle) after each use. Rinse thoroughly. Do Not bleach. After washing, pat excess water off with a towel and lay flat to air dry 24-36 hours. Turn it inside out to thoroughly dry. If you want to machine dry your prosthetic liner, dry on air dry/low temperature setting. Turn repeated process should be done on 20 minute intervals. It’s not advisable to wear or store your Ossur Iceform Liner when damp. It is suggested by Ossur that amputees use an alternate fresh liner while the other one is being washed and dried.
Do not place your Ossur Iceform Liner on an open wound. If irritation, discomfort or poor circulation occurs, discontinue use and notify your physician or Prosthetist immediately. Do not wear a Ossur Iceform Liner for more than 20 hours daily.
